So about a month ago my friends were over visiting and jokingly (I thought) asked if they could throw the birthday party for their soon to be two year old at my place. I was all like 'sure!' not really thinking their were serious. Turns out they were and today my house was invaded by a handful of two year olds :) It was actually also the first time I got to really use the grill cooking up food for a bunch of people and I must say, its easier then it seemed before I tried. The weather reports were iffy all afternoon but we were so fortunate that the rain held off until I was just finishing cooking up the last extra burgers so the kids had time to play outside in the yard before concluding the party indoors.
