WTF - Supernatural Voice Through Computer Speakers, PC Switched Off!!

This is weird. My PC is switched off (sleep) yet there is this weird voice coming from my speakers. I have no idea what it is or where is coming from. Definitely sounds like speech of some kind. Started about 6.30 am Tuesday 10th April. Just repeats intermittently, occasionally varying. Any ideas please leave a comment below. Maybe one for Tyler and his secureteam10 channel.
