Russia launches military drills in Arctic

Russia started military exercises across the country on Monday, in one of the Kremlin's biggest shows of force since ties with the West plunged to a low point after the Cold War. The drills, which range from the Arctic to the Pacific Ocean, will involve tens of thousands of troops.
