I've dedicated one tap (of 4) in my keezer to holding a keg of nitrogenated cold brew coffee. Cold brew coffee is brewed at room temperature (or longer) for a longer period of time than traditional coffee brewing. The different brewing method results in quite a different coffee experience; it's less bitter, smoother and still delicious. You can read more at my blog about the process: http://blog.brianmoses.net/2016/05/my-own-nitrogenated-cold-brew-coffee.html For this "brew", I used coffee from my Craft Coffee subscription (use my code "brian1544" for 15% off of your own order!). The single-origin beans from Bebe's Washing Station were delicious, it wound up tasting a bit floral and fruity which complimented the aspects of the cold brew coffee well. As summer bears down on us, it'll make a great treat to start off days or be a tasty treat after being out in the sun
