Expedition 58 Crew Departs for Kazakhstan Launch Site

Expedition 58 Soyuz Commander Oleg Kononenko of Roscosmos and Flight Engineers Anne McClain of NASA and David Saint-Jacques of the Canadian Space Agency and their backups, Alexander Skvortsov of Roscosmos, Drew Morgan of NASA and Luca Parmitano of the European Space Agency participated in traditional ceremonies at the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center in Star City, Russia, outside Moscow on Nov. 19. Afterward, they departed for the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan to complete their training for the launch of Kononenko, McClain and Saint-Jacques on Dec. 3 from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan in the Soyuz MS-11 spacecraft for a six-month mission on the International Space Station.
