For the second year in a row, Elvis Presley is at the top of Forbes magazine's list of dead celebrities with the biggest earnings. Presley died in 1977, but he made $52 million last year. A number of things contribute to his continuing popularity including the high regard many young people have for him as the world's first rock star.
