V1C and Redline vs. off-axis C/O K band

Driving up to a light, I come across a LEO shooting C/O K band while driving perpendicular to me. The V1 is mounted up high by my RVM, while the RL I've temporarily got mounted low. However, I do like being able to see the frequency there. The gun is tuned for 24.125 GHz +/- 0.1 GHz, and it's shooting at 24.210/24.213, right on the upper limits of being in spec.
