HBF; Help to Buy scheme is good for the UK

According to John Stewart from the Home Builders Federation the Help to Buy scheme has kickstarted house building in the UK. The last two quarters have seen increased activity. "This is not only good for house builders, but also for the country. This is creating economic activity and jobs."
