Ugandans have been urged to embrace the National Agriculture Insurance scheme to have a chance to recover financial losses caused by natural calamities like drought, floods, pests and diseases among others. The National Agriculture Insurance scheme was launched mid last year by the finance minister, Matia Kasaija but unfortunately the uptake has reminded low despite its tremendous benefits.
