Works on acceleration from various speeds. Up the difficulty by increasing the distance of the chase. Make sure to keep an arm's-length between you and your partner. If you break that space do 10 push-ups before switching. 1. Stand behind your partner. 2. Your partner in front acts as the leader and sprints forward at varying speeds for 20 yards. 3. You follow them, running when they run, stopping when they stop. 4. Switch places and complete 4 runs each. Train to compete. Climb the ranks. Get in with the pros.
