This puzzle is all about moving the bottom sideways spring to the blue platform on top. You do this by putting it into the fire clown car, killing the clown car, and then lifting it up with the stiletto. This allows the dry bones to be pushed by the sideways spring across the gap in the middle. However, the most time-consuming part of this puzzle was not figuring that out, but finding a setup that allows you to destroy the 2 blocks below the question block without destroying the question block itself, and then having to destroy that question block after you hit it.
