This week's quick tip is about storing sewing pins in stuffed animals! Quick Tips is a new segment which is exactly what the name suggests. Some things are really useful to know but they don't take long enough to make a full tutorial out of them... so time for some of Violet's Quick Tips! ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Transcript: Automatically translated by machine. Hello Besties! This week's quick tip is all about how to store sewing pins! So I got these really cute pins at Lincraft the other day. They're much cuter than regular sewing pins, they're all bows and buttons and super cute. What? It's so much more fun sewing with cute pins. Flat quilting pins often have more interesting designs. So when I threw out my old pins, I decided to get rid of my old pin cushion too because it was looking pretty ratty. But then I had the problem of where to store my new pins. I don't really have time to make a new pin cushion right now so claw machine winnings to the rescue! This week's tip is that you can use old stuffed toys as pin cushions. Literally all you need to do is apply the pins. This might take awhile. This works great to get out all of that repressed anger you have inside. I'm not really sure he's as into this as his eyes are saying he is. The only thing to watch out for with this is if you're going to store regular sewing needles in here as well make sure they are longer than the toy otherwise you will loose them in there and that can lead to some pretty painful mistakes later. Taadaa, a handy little pin cushion keychain. Way cuter than a regular pincushion for way cuter pins. But super handy an really quick to make. So there you have it, hope you enjoyed this week's quick tip and I'll see you next week. Bye. If you liked this video, chances are you'll like my others too.
