Pressure is growing in Congress for new sanctions against Iran since the revelation that Tehran is building a previously undisclosed uranium enrichment plant. Tehran says its nuclear program is for peaceful purposes. But several U.S. lawmakers say Iran must fully disclose the extent of its nuclear activities soon, or face stiffer sanctions. During a Senate hearing Tuesday (October 6) some lawmakers told Obama administration officials their patience with Iran has run out. VOA's Robert Raffaele has more.
