Getting ready for the wettest and coldest rapids in the Grand Canyon

Here we are getting ready to hit another fun filled day of rapids... however, something is out of place here. Unlike the hundreds of other rapids I've hit, our guides stressed that we should put on our rain gear for this day's heavy rapids. I was not happy. Thankfully, I removed the rain gear shortly after this and hit the biggest of them all ... LAVA FALLS. This trip was booked through WIlderness River Adventures... They are the best! This was shot using a Contour ROAM2, mounted on an iPole, from FastCap.
