Chain Off 2012 featured humans chained to doghouses at ten state Capitol buildings in PA, NJ, MD, VA, CT, RI, MA, NH, NY, and MO. Dogs Deserve Better founder and CEO was chained to a doghouse at 9 of the ten locations, and completed her 808th hour on a chain for Man's Best Friend. 9 of the 10 locations received media attention, in addition to raising awareness of citygoers, residents, lawmakers, and tourists at each location.
