Judging by the lines the trainers here say, this is very likely to be a mental institute. Then again... this is a Pokemon game. Lots of trainers are like that...

Other than that, this is just an episode of me destroying nooby trainers. It isn't very interesting... but I promise the game picks up in a few episodes.
