In her talk, Sam discusses spoken word poetry and how influential it can be on a community. Sam conveys the importance spoken word poetry has played in her life and highlights what it has to offer in the lives of others. Sam Fisher is a first-year psychology major at UCLA.  She developed her passion for Spoken Word in high school and has since realized her love for its breathtaking ability to change perspectives and open minds. In her talk, Sam explores the enlightening power of personal expression and urges the audience to find their own voices as well.
