Posting your first few designs online (or showing them anywhere really) can be a really stressful time because you might find yourself really worried about how other people will react to what you do. The important thing to take away is that no matter what your skill level in design is, having people see your work and leave constructive feedback about it will be a critical step in finding success in what you do. If you never receive feedback to improve, or further yet, never let other people see your work, your chances of finding success in the design field are extremely limited. Hopefully this video will give you some positive thoughts about why you should be posting your work and looking for feedback, and some different ways to think about it that will hopefully allow you to feel a bit more comfortable when you decide to post your work up.
