Being diagnosed with Dilated-Cardiomyopathy at 12 years old, Anna King used humor and positive thinking to persevere through her health challenges and heart transplant. Anna uses her story to empower others on having a renewed outlook on life's challenges. Anna King is 18 year old public speaker and advocate for organ donation, heart health, and positive thinking. Anna was diagnosed with Dilated-Cardiomyopathy at 12 years old and received her heart transplant at 14 years old. Through adversity, she still pursues her aspirations such as performing in plays and is currently attending Lasell College studying Graphic Design.
