Rachmaninov. Played here by Moura Lympany The settlement of Razdelnaya, Lisiy Nos is located on the northern shore of the Gulf of Finland. Lisiy Nos is the name of the cape in the northern part of of Neva Bay. Private land ownership on the territory of the modern Lisiy Nos was started in 1764, when Empress Catherine II granted the land of Lakhta Manor to Count Orlova. From May 1, 1813, the Lakhta Manor, which included Lisy Nos, was led by State Counsel Yakovlev. On October 5, 1844, Alexander Ivanovich Stenbok-Fermor became the new owner of the Lakhta estate. The family of Stenbock-Fermorov owned these lands until 1907. A holiday village was formed in 1905 , when Stenbok-Fermora divided the land around Lakhta into separate plots with the intention to sell it for summer houses(dachas). Henceforth, the settlements of Olgino (named after the wife of A.V. Stenbok-Fermor Olga Platonovna), Vladimirovka (in honour of the owner; the central and coastal parts of the modern village of Lysii Nos ) and Aleksandrovskaya (in honour of the then owner of Lakhta Alexander Vladimirovich ) were created......
