The Carters dance Crew is a movement started by Matthew Carter Poole and their aim is to change the face of Dance in South Africa. The inspiration for the dance crew stemmed from Matthews fondness of International Artist Beyoncé. The crew has already performed on national television and stages, having performed on Afternoon Express and Expresso in the past. They founded the Beyoncé Dance Boot Camp which empowered women and uplifted their community.
