This is a 1968 Packard Bell color tv that I got for free from someone that was throwing it out. I cleaned the tuner and front panel controls. I tested it and had a very poor picture and sound. I did some troubleshooting and replaced a 6GH8 tube in the IF that had a bad filament. Also replaced a weak 6AW8 tube.
