[00:00:00] Ok. Here's our barn. Now the house is right there. And then that great barns over there. See that there that there is that proper English, I don't know, maybe not. Anyway, here's our barn and there's a frost proof hydrant here. All kinds of electric coming in there. It looks like 100 amps’ service doesn't look like 200 amps’ service. But I'll check for you. It is 220. Get your fire. You're a hydrant here which provides water all year, round. There's our buddy there. And when you shut that off, there's a little foot valve down there when all the water drains back out. So this never freezes up here. So even though it's 30 degrees out right now, it can be any temperature and that thing won't freeze consequence. OK, all right. Here we go. Well, you know, shame on me for not videotaping this earlier. Last time I was here because this is cool. This barn's a real barn. It's got stalls and everything. It's got real stalls. So I guess they're using this as a little tack room area. And then there are the stalls there. And this is all this is all oak. That's pretty serious stuff. So it's tough, real tough stuff. [00:01:19] And the floors are good, good drainage here. There's no wet spots or anything. Nothing. Just perfect. It's perfect. Stall Good. So you got 6 stalls here or stalls and attack room. And then there's the outdoor arena, about 140 by 208 or something like that. Then this other front field here and then the property goes past that, past the arena. If you remember, it goes clear almost up to that barn. Just look at the aerial photograph. But there's all kinds of flat spots up here, which is unusual in Kentucky. Flat spots for like they've got their garden here. Put another barn there. Now, the stalls only go to there and then this is all like a run in check. So let's go take a look at it.

[00:02:19] Ok. So I'm going to come back in here and then we're going to go to the run in Shad or whatever this is over here. I mean, even looked at it to see with electrics like 100 amps, service 220. And you've obviously got plenty of room there. There's just have a couple lights here. Here's an outlet. I'm sure there's a bunch of other outlets, too. But you’ve got lights up in here, so you can kind of turn it on for you. There you go. And then this one's on for the outside. We have over here. There we go. Machine shed. And for the puppy. So there you go. So that door closes. See the overhead? There he got lights out here to see that right there.

[00:03:13] There's lights there. And then there's extra gates or panels, rather. Those are panels over that automatic closing door. Thank you. And you got panels here. You kind of make a little riding thing. Training area and place for your tractor and everything. So there you go. You got gutters. It's right. Nice little shed. I wish I had one at my house. They're even catching the rainwater here for whatever. OK. So there you go. There's the barn. We'll take a look at the outside in the back. All at once. Rick, quick. And then you've got everything. And there's nothing more I can tell you about this barn. Think good shape. There's more lights outside. There you go. All right. And this just from a little bit farther back and you got the machine shed on this side and then, of course, the six stalls inside.

[00:04:10] And then there's how pretty this. Kentucky horse barn Bradford barn
