Dean Porter , 47, was left with whiplash while taking his best friend's dog for a walk. CCTV footage shows the six-stone american bulldog Fagin pull Mr Porter to the ground as he bolts up the street. The dog's owner Luisa Nichol-Alvarez, 33, from Newcastle, said she couldn't stop laughing once she found the footage. Dean admitted that he had not told anyone about the embarrassing fall and thought he'd got away with it but Luisa had already been told by the neighbouring Jack Russell's owner.
