Hitchens was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year while on tour promoting his memoir Hitch-22. Christopher Hitchens discusses, on Australia's Lateline with Tony Jones, his position on the Man-Made myths of religion, versus the reality of Atheism, with regard to his current medical condition. The unwavering Christopher Hitchens, just like Theoretical Physicist Stephen Hawking, has no belief in the silliness of religion, and is steadfast in his realization that all religions are fiction created by man, even as he approaches the end of life.
