This is the moment a women refuses to stop talking on her mobile phone after she's confronted by a cyclist who claimed he noticed she was distracted on the road during rush hour traffic near Poole in Dorset. The cyclist caught the footage on his GoPro camera after buying it because he had been the victim of a hit and run and wanted to try and make the roads safer. The female driver has been reported to the police.
