Beijing lodges case with WTO against Washington's tariffs

China's commerce ministry says Beijing has filed a case with the World Trade Organization against U.S. tariffs. Beijing is accusing Washington of triggering the "largest-scale trade war" in history as the world's two biggest economies step up trade tensions. Chinese Premier Li Keqiang warned there can be no winners in a trade war. He said China will continue to open up, no matter how much the global landscape changes. And China's Foreign Ministry called for all sides to work together to resolve trade issues.
