Modi will be sworn in along with his Council of Ministers at around 6 pm at the Presidential Palace in New Delhi. The prime minister designate was dressed in all white. Modi later left for the residence of former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. On Sunday, Modi held a series of meetings with BJP president Rajnath Singh and other leaders through the day. Sources said he is unlikely to have more than 40 ministers in all, only 17 to 18 of them of cabinet rank and none older than 75.
