President Obama has nominated Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke to a second four-year term, praising his leadership during what the president called one of the "worst financial crises the U.S. and the world have ever faced." The announcement came as no surprise to many on Wall Street who say the Fed Chief has done an impressive job under difficult circumstances. VOA's Mil Arcega reports.
