Freshman Thanksgiving Assembly

This is a video I threw together over one long stressful night. Mr. Takiue hosted the freshman assembly held in the KHS cafeteria during Thanksgiving time. It was lots of fun. Mr. Hao sung the alma mater, awards were won, and cookies were tossed randomly into the crowd! The event wasn't for freshmen alone... A school wide drawing was held for various awards, the best of which, was a turkey for thanksgiving dinner! (Or whatever else someone might use a frozen turkey for...) So Scot and I filmed this event one day and I had to put together this clip, so the winner could be announced to the school the day after. (Congratulations to Zenry of the Zager Ohana!) I actually made this clip like a 1 minute version of "The Price is Right." You know, crowd going crazy for the camera, people walking up for the prizes... I even found the music and everything! Special thanks goes to Mr. Takiue for his hard work and dedication to make this event a success, to Mr. Hao for teaching the students the alma mater, and to organizations like FBI and Jamba Juice for providing the awards.
