This is a solenoid capable of high frequency oscillations of varying amplitude. It consists of a lever axised/hinged at it's center of mass (center) with two elastics and hydraulics attached to it (this decreases load, as the elastics/hydraulics do not support linear momentum). The elastics have a very high force constant (the amount of force applied per distance moved is very high) with minimal damping (resistance to movement) . Two hydraulics contract/expand to change the position of the lever. The levers acceleration will be very rapid as the net force acting on it (the sum of elastic and hydraulic force) will be very high.
