Riding a scooter through downtown Seoul on a Thursday morning. It mainly consists of filtering through traffic and racing other scooters. There are angry taxi drivers and angry bus drivers putting peoples lives at risk because of the balley balley culture. The colour red means slow down, but still drive through About 2% of people know where the indicator lever is Bigger vehicles get right of way Driving on footpaths is normal Driving in Korea, is in a way a good indicator of Korean culture. Koreans are generally rude, pushy and not helpful to people they don't know. People don't indicate, taxis and buses stop in the middle of the road, cars block others turning right, simply because they can, noone ever gives way, and people are generally rude. No manners, no ettiquette etc That all being said, I love driving my scooter here and would do it everyday!
