A new-old-stock Pobeda wristwatch, manufactured July 1990 at the the Maslennikov plant "ZIM"- the year before the fall of the Soviet Union. Oddly it has the EU logo on the dial. These watches have a simple but reliable and precise movement with no shock protection based on the Lip R-36 wristwatch movement of the 1950s. This late production version has a simple finish and a modern beryllium copper balance wheel but still retains the Breguet overcoil hairspring.
