Today was a really fun day training with a crew of people I am blessed to be around. I have the great fortune of having people like Katie Anne Rutherford and Lauren Dannenmiller as team mates with Core Nutritional's. I also had Stephen Beaugrand my first full time hire and Kyle and up and coming natural bodybuilder who loves the science and sport. Just a few thoughts on what that all means.
