Teen admits she's the mother of baby found near dumpster in Highland Park

Highland Park police now say the teenage girl who found and reported the baby is the baby's mother. The newborn boy was found near a dumpster the morning of August 23. The baby is in good condition and is being cared for at Children's Hospital in Detroit. It's not clear whether the teen will face charges.
