Ok major major beta with this one I'm testing a twin Sailor scout transformation to hopefully use in Addiesjewels(sorry for spelling your name wrong) Sailor moon fanseries so enjoy and feel free to say it sucks cause there's no masking or anything just the regular pluto transformation.
