Basic maintenance is essential, i have had my fair share of badly maintained bikes over the years, which have resulted in bad injuries. So i never ride my bike, unless it is in full running order. This is where my friend Sam Kirk at Amped Cycleworx comes into play. He's been fixing my bikes for so so long now. And he has saved my bacon on more than one occasion, by fixing my bikes up, when they are haggard and needing special attention, He always on hand to sort me out. Im forever thankful for this, and as his business grows, i will be seeing this process as i will forever give him my jobs and happily take his services, because he is the man who can. Anyone that asks me about bike maintenance etc, i send them to Amped cycleworx. Because he is that good. Never fails at providing a perfect and professional service. Hope you enjoy this Vlog and if you are local to Somerset, and need a bike fixing up. Contact Sam Kirk on instagram @ampedcycleworx and Facebook https://www.facebook.com/Ampedcycleworx/
