MW3 Predator Missile Gltich 2

Once I got in my predator missile I realized it was a bad idea and knew I would likely die while in the laptop. However, once I respawned, I noticed I was immediately getting shot, that's why you see me suddenly stop and look around, trying to figure out who was shooting me. The last clip with the overhead view is just to show that there was NO ONE even close that could have possibly shot me as I respawned. This is the second time I encounter this glitch of taken damage on my respawn from the person who found my body during the predator. The first time I ended up dying completely on my respawn without a chance to move.
