The first two units he visited were a third-floor three-bedroom / two-bath overlooking Michigan Avenue, and a 10th-floor two-bedroom / two-bath with views to the north and west. Homes at 1720 South Michigan start in the $190s for a one-bedroom condo, the $240s for a two-bedroom, and the $370s for a three-bedroom.
