Spotter trips and falls on gym pal bench pressing

A man, who was not using a spotter, got stuck on the bench press at a gym in Garges les Gonesse, France - prompting staff members to rush to rescue him. However, one tripped and pushed the weight down onto the man's chest. Nearby gym-goers reacted swiftly and ran over to help, particularly a woman working out at the closest station. Five people congregated around the man and together they were able to lift the weight off his chest and throw it away from him.
