Over 30 minutes of Minecraft meatiness!
Quite a few things happen in this double-length episode.
After just a bit more exploring I come across a few blocks of redstone! Now I can craft a watch and compass!
As I break away some of the Redstone, I find a surprise on the other side.
There is a dungeon with a zombie spawner there!
I also spot a creeper trying to be sneaky but manage to snipe him with my bow and arrows before there's any harm done.
I'm not taking any chances with that spawner so I destroy it once I have the room really well lit up.
So I go and build a temporary base just above the main labyrinth of the cave system and make a compass and a watch.
Stupidly, I continue exploring with both and while in a fight with a zombie, I fall into lava somehow. It seems as if I was pushed, but by what, I never figured out.
At the spawn point, I run afoul of a creeper, but I show the creeper why cactus should not be touched and then head back down into the caves to look for my stuff and regroup.
