This is an excerpt from John C. Bogle's audiobook "The Battle For the Soul of Capitalism" (2005; disc 1; narrated by Stefan Rudnicki), a book from my personal collection that after 3 years I've decided to give a second listen to. This particular excerpt provides a brief overview of his book's section on Investment America. John C. Bogle is the founder (in 1974) and retired CEO of The Vanguard Group, a company that grew to be the second largest mutual fund company in the world. To learn more about John C.
