This a simple battery that was suggested by Slider2732. It is just two pieces of aluminum foil with a salt water electrolyte. When charged it becomes a cell with a potential of about half a volt. There is enough power to run a joule thief led light or a low power pulse motor. This battery will run a dollar store solar waving toy without the solar panel.
