[email protected] Heavy rains have caused the closure of Harrison Road (now reopened, but more heavy rains expected over the next 10 days which will have major impacts on many city streets) at the Pantano Wash earlier today (Sunday) where the water was rushing along the roadway, leaving debris and some erosion in it's wake. Many people ignored the barricades and went through the flooded roadway.
