Went to visit the Hot Springs in Beitou, Taiwan. The Hot Springs goes by a several names like Beitou Hot Springs, Hell Valley, Geothermal Valley, Earth Heat Valley, Thermal Valley, etc. Oh and back in the day it was called Witches Soup. Read up on it, it has alot of history about witches that lived near by. Anyway, Beitou is located on northern district of Taipei (Taiwan's Capital) off MTR (Metro) Xin Bietou station. This was a great experience for me since i never saw any hot springs before. Lots of sulfur entering your nose with a view of awe. The water temperature is above 90 degrees Celsius (194 degrees Fahrenheit). Quite an awesome scene and a must see place if your looking to travel near Taiwan. The whole area was awesome, even the hotels offer the natural hot spings water right into your jacuzzi in your room.
