Hey guys! Hope you had a lovely weekend. Sorry I’m uploading a little later than usual. I’ve been getting back in that work flow and had some family emergencies but I got it done! This week I am talking about ADD/ADHD and my personal experience having it. I did forget to mention other symptoms I had so I’ll list them here: I get so deep in my thoughts that I will zone out. My whole life people will ask me what I’m staring at when in reality I'm just really concentrated on my thoughts. I can be reading something and read a couple of paragraphs or a page and then realize that I have no idea of what I just read. I’m very easily side tracked. I can lose focus on daily tasks and forget to finish or complete them. ADD is also referred to as InAttentive ADHD and it’s most common in girls. There is 3 types of ADHD and each differ from the other depending on which primary symptom you have: hyperactivity, inattention, or combined. Hope that it was informative and enjoyable for you guys. I apologize for the lighting I had to film at night this week due to my schedule. If you couldn’t tell I was hit with the Spirit of Christmas kinda early so hope you guys don’t mind. Alright have a lovely week guys love you lots. I’ll see you next week!
