I met up with Rudy (rufec12) for a morning and afternoon of local and mainline freight chasing. The challenge today was to stick completely within Miami-Dade County. Tuesday is usually a bad day for FEC manifest hauls but the CSX side had a couple of interesting treats. We did miss trains 202 and 222 due to a combination of him having to leave early and a bit of action on East Rail, much of which will not be uploaded due to moral reasons, for lack of a better term. We also missed O722 due to being too far to the north but I kind of regretted it for that reason that I fared on the East Rail. Also unknowingly, a CSX OCS train in which NO ONE gave us a Heads Up was forgone with the belief it was a TRCX Dead-head. In the next edition to be experienced later this summer we will make a better attempt to perfect this outing and improve our experience.

Remarks: Y322's newer profile has it work the Lehigh Spur on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Otherwise, it works the Downtown Spur.
