The glitch item FalconBadge (はやぶさバッヂ, hex:65) in Japanese Yellow rev A, B and C is notable for executing arbitrary code from D4CA; the ninth PC item without the need of bootstrapping the code (redirecting it) from another source, such as the number of party Pokémon.

In Japanese Yellow v1.0 it is very useful as well, running off DDCA (the third OT character of Pokémon 5); so you could use an OT like アアてルめ to redirect the code to item 3. Sadly the only known non-ACE way to change your name is Super Glitch, which can be rather hard to abuse in a way you want to (although theoretically a screen saving item and tile writing item combination may help).

In order to obtain FalconBadge, you can activate dry underflow glitch (see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZyppANEvnh8) and then dig it up from item 32 in this Cycling Road spot (see http://i.imgur.com/zzm8XhR.png) and Fly away. Another theoretical way to obtain it is through Viridian Forest glitch textbox arbitrary code execution (coming up as my next video).
