Distilled Water:

It is a fallacy that distilled water removes (healthy) minerals from your body because it is so pure, BECAUSE it is so pure, it removes all forms of toxins. There is a cycle in (eating) and cycle out (excretion) of all chemicals & molecules for health. Book Recommendations:

Good reference book on the History of the Christian Church, outside of any denomination, but, not outside of belief. I listened to the audio book and had to have the paper version for reference in my library.
