I show 2 new knives I got from Uddoss on youtube.  Uddo is a German man who makes knives as a hobby. I have purchased several of them because they are very sharp and simple and made of very nice materials.  They lack the flash of some high end customs, but to me, a knife with a mirror polish is a show piece and I want to feel comfortable actually using a knife as the tool that it is intended to be.  These knives are no different and one is a premium RWL-34 steel and the other is a Krupps steel that is beefy and rugged looking and should be quite the work horse!My experience with RWL-34 started with Uddo and this steel is proving to be the sharpest, keenest edge I have found that is also the easiest for "me" to maintain.
